Before you start the training it is important that you pass some tests.
First test yourself on our website and find out if you are an eligible candidate to become a pilot? Did you pass? Then apply here.
After receiving your application we will invite you for the NASS test (NLS Aircrew Selection System).
You must also pass a medical examination at an Aeromedical expert centre. You must take care of this test yourself.
Besides flying capacities we also expect a great sense of responsibility and talent to become a 'manager of flight'. Therefore we will take the following tests:
1. Interview. We will evaluate your:
- Motivation
- Teamplay
- Potential leaderschip
- Selfdiscipline
- Work attitude
You will be tested in a simulator on:
- Multi tasking
- Anticipation and scanning
- Decision making
- Information processing
- Mental picture building
- Co-ordination

Did you pass al tests? Than you can start the program! To get to know your classmates, you will start the program with an introduction on Experience Island.
The program :
- Module 1 (theory phase 1)
- Module 2 (theory phase 2)
- Module 3-6 (practice in Portugal)
- Module 7 ( Multi Crew Co-operation)
